Please choose menu of ration bag consisting of 24 hours worth of food containing up to 4,000 calories.

1 Bag contains enough food to feed 1 person for 24 Hours, normally consisting of 3 full meals and a pudding as well as snacks. Menus may be meat based, vegetarian or a mixture. To my knowledge the food is not Halal.

Please note- there is no cooking equipment supplied within the bag, food can be eaten hot or cold.
