Couriers  

~ Domestic UK orders will be shipped with:

Under 0.100kg- Royal mail

0-1.00Kg- Evri or Royal mail to remote locations (Isles, Highlands, NI)

1.00+ - 2.00kg - Royal mail

2.00+ - 5.00kg - Evri or Royal mail to remote locations (Isles, Highlands, NI)

5.00+ - 10.00kg -  Evri or Royal mail to remote locations (Isles, Highlands, NI). Sometimes DPD Next Day may be used.

10.00+ - 20.00kg - DPD Next day. Royal mail to remote locations (Isles, Highlands, NI).

20.00+ - 30.00kg - Parcelforce or DPD. To remote locations parcels will be split in multiple boxes and Royal mail (Isles, Highlands, NI).

30.00kg+  - will split boxes and DPD Next day will be used for 20kg boxes and Evri for 5-10kg boxes. To remote locations parcels will be split in multiple boxes and Royal mail (Isles, Highlands, NI).

~ Interntional and European delivery- UPS, DPD, Royal mail, FedEx, Parcelforce. Will send you an email after you place an order to discuss postage price and courier.

Shipment processing time

~ All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

~ When store is closed for Vacation - you will see Yellow banner in checkout- orders will be posted 2-4 days after mentioned date.

~ If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

~ if you wish to cancel order before shipment was processed- please contact us by email - mre4you.uk@outlook.com. 

Shipping cost and delivery time

~ Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

~ Domestic delivery time might vary from 2 days to 7 working days 

~ International delivery from 7 days to 40 days.

~ International delivery may be delayed if customs clearance is in process.

Customs, Duties and seizures

~ The customer is fully responsible for any duties, VAT, chargers, brokerage fees, taxes on the orders imposed by destination country.

~  Mre4You.uk is not responsible for damage made by customs inspection, any seizures or interceptions by customs, border control, or government sanitary and Phytosanitary institutions.

~  You, as buyer are fully responsible for customs clearance and you are ordering at your own risk.

~  Before purchase, please read import laws of your country.

VAT

~ We are not VAT registered business and we can not prove any VAT inclusive invoice.

Large or wholesale orders

~ Please contact us, before placing an order. 

~ For wholesale order (over 200kg) Pallet delivery may be used.

Return Policy

~  Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us if there is an issue with your order.

~  If your order arrives damaged, we will require photos as proof of the damage. These will be used to file a compensation claim with the courier.

~ The buyer is responsible for return postage, except in circumstances beyond the buyer's control.

~  We reserve the right to reject a return if the item has been opened by the customer or if the return window has exceeded 14 days from delivery.

Cancellations

~ If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please email us or use the 'Contact Us' button as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the return process.

~  We reserve the right to cancel orders with incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses if the customer does not respond to our email requests for corrections.

~ If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you to offer a replacement or confirm a cancellation if the replacement is not satisfactory.
