Mre4you.uk offer a 30-days Return or Exchange Policy.


~ We do accept Returns Or Exchange claims for 30 days, since last day item was delivered.

~  Returned item must be unopened, undamaged, unused and proof of purchase should be provided.

~  Buyer responsible for return shipping fees.

~ If item arrived damaged - We will ask photo evidences of the product and packaging. We will use that evidences to fill  Insurance claim with delivery company. Refund will be given after confirmation.

~ For returns- you can use return form or email us  - mre4you.outlook.com.  Please, include your order number, name and the reason for return

~ Item must be returned with tracked or Signed delivery.  We advice to keep Proof of postage.

~ If the refund  is approved- The money will be refunded to the original payment method


UK Domestic delivery time might vary from 2 days to 7 working days 

International delivery from 7 days to 40 days.

Domestic UK orders will be shipped with Hermes or UPS. For some locations Royal Maill will be used. Small orders- mostly with Hermes. Larger ones- UPS.

 Interntional and European delivery- UPS, DPD, Royal mail, FedEx, Parcelforce.

Please do make photos of  item arrived and outer package and send it them to-  mre4you.uk@outlook.com. Please Add order number and your Name in E-mail.

We do have Video recording in packaging and weighting  area, so we could match your photos with item received.

If we find that it is ours fault- we will send you replacement and will provide you with return label for received goods.

If it is courier fault- we will file a claim with delivery company.
